Our process begins with proper site excavation. We drill and concrete the piles, build a rigid H4 treated timber subframe, and lay a moisture barrier. Then, the decking boards are meticulously laid with perfectly spaced gaps for drainage.
For timber decks, we recommend a thorough wash and re-oiling every 12-18 months to prevent the wood from silvering. For composite decks, simply wash with warm soapy water and a soft broom twice a year.
